  • The smoky-spicy Baingan Bharta made from roasted and chopped eggplants, which are cooked in a spicy mixture of tomatoes, onions and traditional spices.

  • The aromatic Zucchini & Mushroom Tadka Masala for zucchini pieces & oyster mushrooms refined with ginger, coriander and red onions in a creamy tomato sauce.

  • The velvety Palak Mattar Tofu, a spiced creamy spinach curry with tofu and peas.


We serve each dish with aromatic basmati rice – perfect for an enjoyable start to the new year.
